Each Signature Craft whiskey brings something new, uniquely crafted and extremely special to the world of small batch bourbon.” In the 750ML sized bottle we have the Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Quarter Cask Finished, “Our 2014 edition is finished with bourbon aged in quarter-sized casks for four to five years. The addition of bourbon from smaller, newly charrred oak barrels heightens the deep caramel and vanilla flavors and adds a hint of smoke” -Fred Noe, Great Grandson of Jim Beam. We also received 375ML bottles of the Jim Beam Signature Craft Soft Red Wheat 11yr, and the Brown Rice 11yr, Both are part of the Harvest Bourbon Collection. “From the Jim Beam Signature Craft comes the Harvest Bourbon Collection, a series of hand-crafted bourbons that celebrate the distinctive tastes imparted by the distillation of different grains.
